I’m sure everyone is enjoying the lovely 10 degree weather this afternoon!  We should certainly enjoy it while we can as there is a weather advisory for rapidly changing temperatures. 

Everything is melting this afternoon and as the cold air rolls in later today, everything will freeze again.  We are also expecting snow overnight with morning temperatures of -17 degrees. 

We would ask that students are dressed for the weather tomorrow.  We will be going outside for recess if the weather (including wind chill) is warmer than -20 degrees. 

Please be aware of the snow and icy conditions in the morning.  It’s important to observe the conditions, wear proper footwear and walk slowly where ice exists (likely hidden under the fresh snow).  Usually on cold and snowy mornings, the traffic and parking are extra congested so please allow yourself some extra time.
