Dance Performances:

We are so glad that so many family members were able to attend our hip-hop dance performances! We are lucky to have 3 more days of dancing with our guest instructor, Keston, on December 16, 17 and 18!

Special Visitors:

This morning, grade 9 students from Woodman School came to visit our French Immersion classes. This is part of their Wellness Day, when all students do things that make a difference for others in their community. The grade 9 students got to watch our French Immersion classes' hip-hop performances and spent some time in classrooms helping and getting to know our students. Thank you Woodman staff and students!

Planning for a New Playground:

Did you know that our playground is almost 25 years old? A dedicated group of parent volunteers have begun planning for a new playground. They would like your input. Please complete this short survey with your family to help us decide what type of playground we will plan. Survey

Festive Fun at JJ:

Check out the schedule below for all of our festive activities this week! On Friday morning, our Administrative Team will perform a holiday story for all students. We are asking for donations of mandarin oranges. If you are able, please drop off a box or bag of mandarin oranges to the office by the end of the day on Wednesday. Please note: the oranges need to be easily opened by children (not navel oranges).
