As previously shared by email in June and last week, staggered entry starts tomorrow!  Please read the information below thoroughly and carefully as it will help you understand what is happening for the next two days.  

 

Staggered Entry is on Thursday, Aug 31 and Friday, Sept 1.  Please check the schedule below for when your child attends. 

PLEASE MEET THE KINDERGARTEN TEACHERS AT THE 

KINDERGARTEN DOORS LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE BUILDING CLOSEST TO THE GARDEN BOXES. 

Thursday, August 31, 2023 

ENGLISH AM CLASSES 

8:00-10:48am: ONLY students with last names that begin A-J 

FRENCH IMMERSION AM CLASS 

8:00-10:48am: ONLY students with the last names that begin A-J 

FRENCH IMMERSION PM CLASS 

11:44am-2:32pm: ALL PM students attend due to small numbers 

Friday, September 1, 2023 

ENGLISH AM CLASSES 

8:00-10:48am: ONLY students with last names that begin K-Z  

FRENCH IMMERSION AM CLASS 

8:00-10:48am: ONLY students with the last names that begin K-Z 

FRENCH IMMERSION PM CLASS 

NO staggered entry on Friday 

***normally Friday times are 8:00am-12:15pm.  For Staggered entry, the time is limited to 8:00-10:48am 

Kindergarten regular classes start on Tuesday, September 5. 

Please note:  If you bring your child at the wrong staggered entry date and time, we will ask you to take your child home.  It's important that everyone follows the above schedule.
